This License Agreement governs your use of GrabUI assets.

1. License Grant

GrabUI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the assets for personal and commercial projects.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

• Use assets in unlimited personal or client projects

• Modify and customize assets

• Use assets in websites, apps, and digital products created for end users

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Share assets with others

• Use assets under one account for multiple users or teams

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute assets

• Create templates, UI kits, or libraries for sale or free distribution

• Upload assets to public repositories or marketplaces

4. Ownership

All assets remain the intellectual property of GrabUI. This Agreement does not transfer ownership.

5. Termination

Violation of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Assets are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws of GrabUI’s operating jurisdiction.
