1. Definitions

• Platform: The GrabUI website, dashboard, and services

• Assets: UI kits, templates, sections, Figma files, wireframes, icons, and related resources

• User: Any individual or entity using GrabUI

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information

• You are responsible for your account security

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited

4. Plans & Pricing

GrabUI currently offers:

• Free Plan – $0, limited access to selected assets

• Pro Plan – $99/year, full access to all current and future assets during the subscription period

• Ultra Plan – $179 one-time payment, lifetime access to all assets

Prices may change in the future, but lifetime users retain access.

5. Payments

• Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy (Our Transaction Partner)

• All fees are charged upfront

• Taxes may apply depending on location

6. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

7. License & Usage

Your use of GrabUI assets is governed by the License Agreement below.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share or resell assets as standalone products

• Use assets to create competing UI libraries or marketplaces

• Share your account or allow team-wide access under a single-user license

• Attempt to extract, scrape, or redistribute content

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without refund if you violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

GrabUI is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabUI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws based on GrabUI’s operating jurisdiction.
