Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the GrabUI Terms of Service and governs all purchases made through the GrabUI website and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By completing any purchase on GrabUI, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms set forth herein.

1. Digital Nature of Products and Irrevocable Delivery

GrabUI provides exclusively digital products and digital access services, including: but not limited to downloadable templates, UI kits, design systems, digital assets, and time-limited subscription access to premium libraries.

All products are delivered electronically and are made accessible immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Due to the intangible, non-returnable, and irrevocable nature of digital goods:

  • Access cannot be “returned.”

  • Digital files cannot be “un-downloaded.”

  • Licenses cannot be retroactively revoked in exchange for a refund once delivered.

Accordingly, all sales are final, subject only to the limited and narrowly defined exception set forth in Section 6 of this Policy.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

GrabUI maintains a strict no-refund policy. Except as expressly provided in this document, GrabUI does not provide:

  • Refunds

  • Partial refunds

  • Prorated refunds

  • Credits

  • Exchanges

  • Subscription reversals

  • Retroactive cancellations

This policy applies without limitation to:

  • One-time asset purchases

  • Fixed-term subscriptions (including GrabUI Pro 1-Year plans)

  • Repurchased or renewed subscriptions

  • Upgrades or bundled purchases

By completing a transaction, you confirm that you understand and accept that the purchase is non-refundable.

3. Subscription Terms and Expiration

GrabUI Pro (1-Year) subscriptions are prepaid, fixed-term digital access licenses.

  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew.

  • Access expires automatically at the end of the purchased term.

  • Continued access requires a new purchase.

  • Failure to use the subscription during the active period does not entitle the subscriber to any refund, extension, or credit.

Partial usage, inactivity, lack of project need, business closure, financial hardship, or internal team changes do not constitute valid grounds for refund.

4. One-Time Asset Purchases

Upon successful payment for a one-time digital asset:

  • Access is granted immediately.

  • Files are made available for download.

  • The license is activated.

Because delivery occurs instantly and irreversibly, refunds are not available after purchase confirmation.

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing the followings things prior to purchase:

  • Product descriptions

  • Technical requirements

  • Software compatibility

  • File formats

  • Licensing scope

Misunderstanding of product scope, compatibility, or licensing terms does not qualify for refund.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Payments are processed via authorized third-party providers, including:

  • Easy (for one-time purchases)

  • Lemon Squeezy (for subscription purchases)

If a customer initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal after receiving access to digital goods, GrabUI reserves the right to:

  1. Immediately suspend or terminate the account;

  2. Revoke all licenses granted;

  3. Restrict future purchases;

  4. Submit evidence of digital delivery to the payment processor;

  5. Pursue recovery of fees, administrative costs, and dispute penalties where permitted by law.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting GrabUI support may be treated as a breach of the Terms of Service.

6. Limited Technical Exception

A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The digital product was not delivered due to a verified system error;

  2. The issue is reported promptly to hello@grabui.com;

  3. The issue cannot be resolved through re-delivery, file replacement, or technical assistance within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund eligibility is determined solely at GrabUI’s discretion.

The following do not qualify as technical failures:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchase

  • Failure to download files

  • Incompatibility with unsupported software

  • Lack of required third-party tools

  • User error

  • Insufficient technical skill

  • Business strategy changes

7. No Trial and Informed Purchasing

GrabUI does not provide a free trial for paid subscriptions or premium assets. Free assets are available to free users; however, access to paid content requires full purchase.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You had the opportunity to review product details prior to purchase;

  • You understand the scope of what is included;

  • You accept that no trial period applies;

  • You agree that the absence of a trial does not create refund rights.

8. Pricing Errors and Fraud Prevention

GrabUI reserves the right to cancel transactions resulting from:

  • Obvious pricing errors

  • Technical malfunctions

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Unauthorized payment use

If an order is canceled prior to product access being granted, a refund may be issued. GrabUI further reserves the right to refuse service or restrict transactions that appear abusive, excessive, automated, or fraudulent.

9. Compliance with Applicable Law

GrabUI operates from the United States. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, digital goods that are delivered immediately and accessed upon purchase are exempt from traditional return rights.

If mandatory consumer protection laws apply in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived, this policy shall be interpreted to comply with those minimum legal requirements and only to the extent legally required. Nothing in this policy shall be construed as waiving rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall GrabUI be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Project delays

  • Client dissatisfaction

  • Data loss

  • Opportunity costs

Arising from a refusal to issue a refund in accordance with this policy. The maximum liability of GrabUI relating to any transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific product in dispute.

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent resolution.

12. Policy Modifications

GrabUI reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
